I'll grand you that, the buffets were great! Especially at the Rio, where the lines were long as hell, but oh so worth it! yum-yum.

I wouldn't suggest anyone to travel to Reno. It's more quiet, and as females my friends and I got pretty creeped out at times as a lot of the casinos are a little shady. Vegas is a ton more fun. Shopping at the outlet stores is always a good time too, you can always find great deals.

We stayed at Harrahs, it's not a bad hotel, pretty cheap too.

Just for the hell of it I checked out Bally's website and for December 20th to 23 in a standard room it's 69bucks a night. That doesn't seem bad to me.

I've never been to Vegas though so I don't know if Bally's is a dump or in a bad spot or what.

bally's is right on the strip.....its not one of the newer hotels, but its a fairly decent ofr what it is. Casino Royale was around $40 a night, although that place is rather small and doesnt have a lot of amenitites besides gambling and a Denny's.

I did that once.....when I was 18.

Got kicked out of Cesars and was told never to come back....er...until you turn 21.

As long as the nightlife is fun, the drinks are a plenty, and I can park my ass at a slot machine from time to time then I think it's just the sort of vacation spot I'm looking for.

I just can't think of many other affordable mini-vacations a bunch of college students can take on a relatively small budget...unless it was Cancun for spring break.....which sounds like a fine idea as well.

If you wanna party, go to Montreal. The place has amazing nightlife, the best strip clubs anywhere, and has some of the most amazingly hot women in the world. People in New York go to Montreal for the nightlife....that should tell you something.

Oooh good call Table. I totally agree. Me, HulkRogan and another buddy went there over the winter to see the Flames play and it was a total blast. If you want a city to party in, that is the one. I really want to go back. There is even a big casino there if you really want to Gamble that badly.
