This doesn't look like the Senators are playing boring hockey to me.

This is why I do not want MAF. Every bit as volatile as Elliott.

Matt Murray will now play lights out hockey for the next 10 games, and lead the Penguins to the cup. This game is a blessing in disguise for Pittsburgh. They would not ahve won with Fleury in net. The clock struck midnight after round 2 was over.

If we're going to make a bid for Fluery, now's the time. We won't see him for the rest of the playoffs I'd wager.

Having the occasional high scoring game against is a part of goaltending.

Also the penguins have an absolutely decimated blue line and Ottawa is all over them.

How many of those do you pin on him? He is also the main reason they are in round three

Why not both? MAF Elliott tandem -- best of both worlds.

Think you could argue that Phaneuf has been Sens best player in this series.

The caps lit him up in game 6 and had that big comeback in game 5...

MAF was able to shake it off to shut them out in game 7...

It will be interesting to see how he response in Game 4

Burrows is hurt, that's a shame.

I will say if he's out, it's the only thing holding me back from jumping on the Sens bandwagon. Until then... go Preds!
