Agreed. In the 18GP since his hot streak ended in mid-December, he's put up an .884 SV%, and has 5 wins in that time.

It's too bad, because he seems like a great fit here, but I think he played his way out of a contract this summer.

Johnson is a great back up goalie. If he's needed we know he is capable of getting hot for a month and win every game.

Sure, he's not the guy i'm starting with, but I think we have a leg up on both Edm and Anaheim in terms of goaltender depth.

No issue with him being around for the playoffs. Gets to be around the team. Would be awesome.
