TROCHECK!!!!!!

With just 4.6 seconds left on the clock, Trocheck scores to put the Panthers up 2-1 after plenty of chances for the Panthers in the last 10 minutes. Screen shot from the point. Post and in.

You're welcome CP.

Next game is at home against the Oilers. Flames play them 2 nights later. Better hope they cool off by Friday.

Here's to a 6-0 Panthers win against the losers from up north and then a 1-0 OT loss to Calgary two nights later.

You're welcome CP.
That was amazing pressure by the Panthers in the final two minutes. It looked like they pulled the goalie for the extra attacker as the cats had constant puck possession. The win puts the Panthers back into a playoff spot and just four points back of the division leading Habs.

Habs must be really feeling the pressure, with the Panthers and Sens hot on their heels

Usually 90% of eastern teams get squashed in their california coast trips.

Panthers had those teams and the Blues on the way back and did outstandingly.

I'm too lazy to look that up but I would wager you are wrong.

I just took a look at the first three teams in the east alphabetically..so Boston, Buffalo, Carolina. Two not very good teams and one so-so team and their combined record vs. the three Californian teams are 7-7. They aren't the powerhouses they used to be.

Panthers doing us some real solids lately. Losing to us, yet beating the Kings, Preds, and Blues. Fantastic!

The Coyotes are playing the spoiler roll very well although it was Mike Smith who back stopped the Coyotes to victory. Smith was pulled after a potential concussion, Marek Langhamer came in relief early in the 3rd period and played to ensure the Coyotes win. Getzlaf with 2 goals in the loss.

The Panthers are hot, great road win as the late winning goal. Jeff Reimer with 26 saves in the 2-1 reg win as the Panthers continue to climb up the standings.
