Based on Prospect camp, it sounds like Hickey has a better chance of stepping in next year than Rasmus.
I would say based on Rasmus having a pro season under his belt he has a better chance of stepping in next year. He's a RH shot as well which makes him a good fit to one day be on the other side of a pairing with Gio or Brodie.

It will be a bit of a blow to the organization if Gillies doesn't pan out as an NHLer.

Hi fitness seems to be better. Lost 10 lbs this season.

I am not saying he won't, I am saying Parsons has the higher upside.

I would say who cares as long as one of the goalies develops into a dependable starter in next 2 years or so.

I think Gillies has been a bit overrated thus far. I am not saying he won't be an NHLer, I just don't think he was ever destined to be a star number goalie, or the next Carey Price.

I think Andersson has the edge just based on playing top pairing minutes in Stockton all year. Hickey will probably still need some seasoning in Stockton as most college players do.

List looks good to me, Darren Haynes is a great informed writer, always a good read.

I would have wished one of Shinkaruk, Poirier, or Klimchuk would have stepped up by now. I've never been on the Shinkaruk hype train since the draft where I was afraid Calgary would pick him and thought it was a stupid trade to get him from the Canucks.

At least Jankowski is trending well as far as our forwards go.
