Yeah... that Toews isn't very clutch.

These two teams would make for a terrific playoff series again.

Final score

4 at 3 in overtime

The three stars were Toews, Spurgeon, and Panik.
The Blackhawks stop their eight game losing streak to the Wild.

My god just saw the offside call and wow how did they miss it? It was clearly off side. How on earth does that happen even with a review?

Yep, they really blew that call. It was easy to see it was offside on the replay. Must have had something like alcohol in the water bottles to miss that call.

Great highlights to the game. It didn't mean much to most of the western conf. teams but the OT point for the Wild puts them 5 points up on the Bhawks with 2 games in hand and 6 points up on the Sharks with 1 game in hand.

That one point gifted to the Wild by blown calls (missed, blatant, interference on the zone entry on Haula's goal, plus blown offside call for TWO undeserved Wild goals), might mean the difference on who the WC team draws for the playoffs.

As a Flame fan, which matchup would you prefer, should your guys make it? As I am not seeing Nashville making up those 11 points, and is a long way back in ROW, it looks like Wild/'Hawks are going to be 1-2 in the Central.

I suppose I'd rather the Flames face Minnesota as we've played them well all year. But play-offs are a different beast, so past performance is no guarantee of the future I'd be happy playing anyone!

I don't think it really matters. I think the Hawks and the Wild will be meeting in the second round regardless of who those 2 teams play. Unless something weird happened like Anaheim crossed over.
