The dog was just recently whistle trained. The owner was out whistling. She said she thinks that it may bring him out, but in his freaked out state he may not come directly to her. There have been no sightings for a couple of hours. He must hunker down for naps in between runs. The most recent strategy came out 15 minutes ago:

IMPORTANT UPDATE!!:
We need everyone's cooperation and attention to our new strategy.
We are setting up a food station with a portable grill at Victoria Cross Blvd and Mary Dover Drive. The Key will be to scout this area quietly and unobtrusively, so as not to spook the Stevie.
We will need to form a circle around the grilling station and have us all hidden in a circle.
It needs to be quiet and peaceful so we ask for as much quiet as possible surrounding this station.
Ang will meet with everyone now at the grilling site to plan where everyone will hide and wait and just watch for Stevie.
Please go there now and meet with the group.
We also need people in the perimeter parked or on foot outside the area of the station to wait and watch.
When you are in your positions assigned we just need you to be silent and watch and the only person who will speak if Stevie approaches is Ang!
No movement and no talking and I know this is hard as we are all on pins and needles full of adrenalin and hope.
Please go to the location listed above and wait for instruction on where to hide and wait please.
We thank you so much and we want to bring Stevie home tonight but he may wait till he feels safe and in the dark.
Thank you and I will update again shortly."
