Sounds like there's way more crowd support for Team Russia

A couple of elite stops by Parsons on the Russians, and then the whistle is blown as the Russian hammers Parsons, pulling his mask off.

He hasn't gotten up. May have been a head shot.

Hard to see a big contact on his head. Maybe just the wrenching off of the mask caused an injury.

I think that was totally unintentional incidental contact but ya hopefully he is OK. Looks like he tweaked his neck pretty bad there.

Yeah, not heavy contact but awkward twisting of his head or neck.

Parsons got Polunin's hip to his head as he leapt forward to make a save. Not the Russian's fault, but it didn't look good.

He's up now, but a little woozy.

That skate missed Parson's face by inches.

Nice pass by Parson to start that play. He's going to be a beauty.

Beautiful tic tac toe power play goal finished by Kunin. Started by Parsons great long pass from his own net that almost garnered him an assist.

2-2

Watching this tourney it's hard to believe Greenway slipped into the 2nd round. Big guy that can obviously skate and play. Usually those guys get snapped up a lot earlier. Looks like a huge steal by the Wild.
