I've also got size 15 feet, and I didn't have trouble finding skates, but you have to go to a real skate shop like Pro Skate, or whatever you have down in Calgary.

I was at Professional Skate in Marda Loop this morning get some skates sharpened and asked what they had for larger sizes. They told me that they have quite a few pairs in size 14 and at least one pair in 15. If you need a larger skate you should check them out.
