Changing pad colours doesn't prove that it actually makes a difference!

O.K. there has been a lot of talk on whether or not MacTavish has actually done a good job for us, most fans on this board are very basic in their analysis and I feel would change their opinion entirely if the team was successful.

Hopefully everyone at the 'Dome tonight makes extra noise, as the closet leafs fans will be out. Last home game they were just as loud as the Flames' fans and that simply cannot be.

If by some miracle the Flames can score more than 2 goals, I think we might be able to win this one. Really hoping they can get the PP going at home.

Prediction: 3-2 Flames.

Too bad we rarely take advantage of it.

Leafs have a lot of jump, this should be an exciting one. Hopefully the flames play smart tonight.

Correlation is not causation.

Leafs are scoring a bunch of goals, doesn't look good for the Flames.

Leafs are on a back to back, but the Flames are 3rd game in 4 nights after a brutal road trip. There is no advantage there for the Flames.

Hopefully Tkachuk has a big game against his former linemate and buddy Marner.

You wonder why? Probably a superstitious goalie.

I predict the high scoring leafs continue that tonight. The flames lack of ability to score, even against a weak defense, will not help either.

6-3 Leafs (perhaps with the EN in there). Only way the flames can pull this off is if Johnson continues his great play of late.

A goalie on a cold streak changes his pads, its superstition.

Or a legit discomfort with the previous set.

5-0 leafs......4 pp goals

Hate the amount of leaf fans at the dome.

To be fair darn near every team has been playing ours, if you want to look at it that way.

Send Janko back if you're only going to play him 1 of 4 games or a .250 rate.. he needs to play regardless of NHL or AHL.

Why the #### would they pull Janko out? He looked a hell of a lot better than a lot of guys. Sit Chaisson or Hamilton. Couple of useless bums.
