Well the refs announced the result as after review it was determined there was "no goalie interference", so that's what they were checking for apparently.

That was a thrilling shootout in the Isles-Ducks game. The Senators finally give the Habs their 1st home ice loss of the season, Ottawa wins 4-3 in reg time. Markov in the losing cause has 3 points. The GWG was deflected twice before beating Price. The Hurricanes are playing well as Stalberg scores a SHG, the eventual winner, as they win their 5th game in a row, 2-1 over the Leafs in reg time. The Flyers defeat the Panthers 3-1 and the Blues win 4-2 over the Bruins.
