Actually, I want to be clear, I dont in any way believe that Fleury is 'lame' just that he would probably not make an excellent coach.
I have a lot of respect and sympathy for Fleury, I just dont think hes the guy I'd be picking to be my personal coach. Nothing wrong with that.
You have to pick the right tool for the right job and I dont think hes it.
