I expect that's just Therrien being his dumb self, but Byron has indeed been very good for them.
Hab haters will not like it, but that is a very good hockey team this year. They are 6-0-1 and Price has only played 3 games. Montoya with a 1.3 GAA and a 0.962 save% may not be sustainable, but it's not too bad.

I love how the PBP guy for the oilers just said the Talbot robbed him but the guy fanned on the shot in close... I don't recall who it was shooting from in close for the caps. Silly. I just hope the caps can pot a couple this period.

Lol oilers score on their first shot of the period 8 minutes in. Is this how all the oilers games have been?

I'm probably in the minority here, but I'd love to see the Oilers make the playoffs under the condition that the flames get to sweep them in the first round. Would be sweet revenge for the abuse we took in the 80's

I don't think you would be minority. I'd assume majority of flames fans would love to sweep the oilers in the playoffs.

True. I just expect most people here might have trouble adjusting to seeing oilers playoff hockey. Sounds wrong just thinking about it.

"Connor will be soon be the best player in the NHL." They just said this. What? Come on, this guy, what has he earned so far? These guys, it is hard to listen too.

He will be. Not many people outside Calgary would argue that

He has a lot to do before this can happen. Many other young players are just as exciting.
