Lots of St. Louis ties in this game: Elliott, Brouwer & Tkachuk

Blues @ Flames 8pm
Johnson is in the starting net
Roger Millions @RogMillions
Frolik - Monahan - Gaudreau
Versteeg - Bennett - Brouwer
Bouma - Backlund - Chaisson
Ferland - Hamilton - Stajan
Giordano - Wideman
Brodie - Hamilton
Jokipakka - Engelland
Reminder Flames morning skate meant very little on Thursday. Wouldn't lay bets on what we are seeing now.
Aaron Vickers @AAVickers
Not confident in the lines just yet. Looked like Freddie Hamilton and Matt Tkachuk alternating with Stajan and Ferland. #Flames
Jermaine Franklin @TSNJFranklin
If the lines are accurate Tkachuk will be the odd man out. Will look for confirmation from Gulutzan. Looks like Wideman is back in too
#Flames conclude the morning skate with a quick meeting.

Johnson in starters net.
Gio and Wideman seems to be a pair based on morning skate.

Frolik on the top unit is interesting. Might spark the two young men who are clearly awestruck by their most recent direct deposit and are having a hard time concentrating on hockey.

Man, why can't we just practice with the lines we're going to use. We need to get the team gelling together, keep some consistency. I can handle the D pairings though, I like the R and L shots being split.

Until they show some intensity, a game plan and at least average special teams I won't expect much, sadly. I'll say 5-1 Blues. Hope they can prove me wrong.

How are we going to find consistency/chemistry when none of the lines/pairings last more than a game together?
I'm going to say 6-2 Blues tonight. Hopefully i'm proven wrong

Blues are coached very well, play excellent defense and have game breaking offensive talent.
3-1 Blues. Johnson plays very well.
