Looks like he has played in 3 of Colorado's 5 games so far and has one assist.

I am a fan of Gilmour, but Kulak, Kylington, Ollas Mattsson, and Hickey are better LD prospects IMO. Probably Falkovsky too.

Gilmour is solid and not spectacular. He will probably end up being a 3rd pairing Dman at best, and while it's always nice to see prospects graduate to the show, those kind of dmen are a dime a dozen.

I'm guessing that Matthews and Marner are both making the Leafs.

Gilmour is already 23 years old. For his sake he better be very solid if he has any chance in the NHL.

So glad we got the 4th pick.

Except for the Flames where our 3rd pairing Dmen come in around $60 million/dozen.

Can anyone tell me what the story with Korpikoski is? He was pretty highly touted. I remember hoping he'd fall to the Flames in 2004, and he did, but they took Chucko instead and I was very happy about that off-the-board pick.
Korpikoski has played more than 500 games and just turned 30 and seems like he's in tough for a job. What is his deal?

He stinks up the locker room. Oilers stench.

The Isles have sent 2014 1st rounders Michael Dal Colle and Josh Ho Sang to the AHL, while 2015 1st rounders Mathew Barzal and Anthony Beauvillier are still in camp pushing hard for a spot. It's early, but the Dal Colle pick doesn't seem to have been a great choice while lots of later 1st round forwards from that draft year have had an impact already (Nylander, Larkin, Ehlers, Patrnak, Fabbri).

Josh Jooris only managed to play one full preseason game due to a groin pull and could be in tough to land a roster spot given his limited game action.

Did Hudler get any points in the 6-3 win against the kings?

Yikes, looks like Jake Allen got injured. Looks like they could be in trouble in terms of goaltending now that Elliott is gone and Allen may be hurt for a while.
