I guess I'm not super surprised about your thoughts regarding Clay Oven.
As an FYI I'm Indian and a Vegetarian, I think the latter part probably speaks to my like for Clay Oven.
I find it very authentic and good for veggie dishes, I can't make any claims on any other dishes though to be fair.
If you check out Rajdoot let me know what you think, I've gone with people who eat meat and they've been dissatisfied as I have, which I guess surprises me given the rave reviews I'm reading on this thread.
