We just did a stag party at Rutland Community Center. We brought our own bbq, bought kegs and stayed till 2. Dont know if anyone bought a liquor license or not. We did clean up after ourselves and no inspectors or anything stopped by.

Probably whoever picked up the kegs bought the licence, they are cheap.

Yeah, that's definitely the other problem you'll have. Most places book months in advance.
