Rutherford wouldn't have signed him to anything if he was still the GM there. I believe Carolina under Rutherford avoided both the 'rats' and the fighters. Funny that it is Carolina offering him a PTO now. Hopefully he doesn't hurt anyone during pre-season and this is the last we hear of him.
