Burke sure has a lot of rules for other people, but doesn't seem to be a fan of following the ones set out for him.
Tkatchuk comes across as a pretty friendly chatty-cathy type. If he turns out ok, I wouldn't be surprised if he was captain material (perhaps even Penske material).

Yeah I suppose he does but this rule seems to be for the parents, which Tkachuk's mom loved.
Burke's been pretty golden since he's been here IMO.

His father's been affiliated with the Blues so I'm sure he's quite familiar with Elliott.
