Kulak and then it gets tough.
Klimchuk and Culkin were next on my list, but Parsons, Phillips and Tuulola have earned some attention

Im glad that he is out of the Q now and will be able to grow his game behind a team and system that actually try to play defence.

Re rafikov: I think most people like me think that he will never come over. He really should though since he hasn't had any stability there. He'll be in the late 20s-30s for me.

I've decided to jump on the Fox train early. I have no idea how many rounds I'll have to vote for him. After Kulak takes this round it will be wide open again. It could be any one of 5 or 6 different players.

Pollock. Since I don't know him too well, I assume he has tremendous upside.

Klimchuk is way way down on my list. The guy is made of glass, he will never survive in the NHL.

If Fox height was 6.2 instead of 5.10 would he have been a 1st round draft pick?

If he was 6'2", the best comparable I can find quickly would be Jacob Trouba. So yeah, probably top 15 for sure. But at his actual size, David Warsofsky becomes a good comparable. :/
In fact, looking at it some more, I would say his closest direct comparable would be Kris Russell. 20 NHLe for Fox, 19 for Russell, same size at 5'10". Adam Clendening is also fairly similar.

Hmmm, really? Warsofsky?
I don't know, Fox already has one inch and 15 pounds on Warsofsky and Warsofsky is 26 to Fox 18.
Fox is undersized, but he's not that diminutive.
I really don't think the difference between Warsofsky and Trouba is merely their size either, but just MO.

Best case comparible for Fox is a Barrie type from what I've seen. Probably a more rounded game from Fox but same on ice style and size
I will mention again I said best case.

Klimchuk has had what, one full season in the AHL and you're ready to write him off completely? The stats don't look great but don't give up on him yet. Still plenty of time to get better.

Klimchuk has been unlucky with injuries. He accomplished nearly everything in the WHL. He has a high ceiling imo. I've seen him play a lot and hes a hard working player with leadership qualities who has tons of skill. Great speed, hands, very impressive shot. I think he will get it together, stay healthy and start putting numbers up in the AHL soon. Same goes for Poirier. I wouldnt write them off at all.

Opens right up now. I have Klimchuk next. I think he has an underrated defensive game. We will have to see how his offence develops in his second year of pro.
Kulak, Pollock, one of the goalies, Dube, and Fox are close though.
