Do the Flames still own this kids rights? Good size at 6'3 209 and just made Team Russia World Championships roster. Still only 24 and has been playing in KHL, pretty sure he likes to play a physical game and will finish checks when necessary. Iam sure most people have forgot about him but could we still see him in a Flames uniform one day? Signed with CSKA until the end of 2022/23 season.

Because there is no transfer agreement between Russia and the NHL, the Flames own his NHL rights indefinitely.
