That's a bit much of someone taking PED's.

Theoretically without PED's or roids, a person can gain about 0.5 lbs of muscle a week with a perfect diet and appropriate workouts.

Not trying to knock on what you posted, I just find it funny because a lot of people in the media will be like, "yeah he gained 20-30 lbs of muscle in a summer" which is physiologically impossible.
