If they hit the goaltender out out of the park we are looking at a playoff team next year barring catastrophic injuries

I went with starting goalie, although a close second is the extensions. I have a feeling they aren't going to be the slam dunks to get done and may get a bit contentious.

Then goalie, not first since there are about 5 guys that I would be okay with. Murray would probably be the home run.

New coach

Extensions, although if he pulls out two contracts of under six million for 6-8 years this may be the biggest

Gaudreau/Monahan extensions... those contracts will have dramatic implications to the franchise for the next decade so that has to get done right. Everything else, the team can get by with a single or solid double but if I had to pick only one to hit a home run on it'd be those contracts.
