Pancakes and eggs and hashbrowns for a mid-week dinner. Delightful heaven.

Couldn't disagree more... although I'm more of a poached egg guy. Poached egg goes on almost anything. Pizza, chili, pierogi, poutine, pasta, chicken parm, I don't care, it improves all things.

I'm anti-pancake. A lump of bread I pour sugar on to make appetizing. No thanks
Give me eggs and some type of meat, preferably fried. Please make it easy to make it all into a sandwich for maximum enjoyment.

Are latkes technically breakfast food? I ask because I've eaten them far more often at dinner time.

Maybe it's Froot Loops or Captain Crunch. If you don't let that #### soak you'll be in the ER with a torn up mouth roof and exposed brain.

Once every few months isn't so bad, but something about eggs and toast at 6pm just doesn't feel right to me.

Now I'm thinking Denny's run. A Scram Slam at midnight is the greatest. Got even better when they started serving champagne. So just to recap...zoomers, onion, maters, peppers, eggs and cheese. 2 bacon 2 sausages 2 pieces of toast and a bottle of Gato Blanco Sparkling extra brut. BYO crystal glasses.

My Denny's go to was always Moons Over My Hammy.
But I haven't done Denny's after the bar in well over 10 years. Chinese is the go to now
... I actually legitimately don't know if I've been in a Denny's in Calgary sober

If breakfast for dinner is weird, then I don't want to be normal!
One of the greatest joys in life is going to a café and seeing: "All day breakfast".
Another question though, is it weird to drink maple syrup straight from the bottle?

If I can have Steak and Eggs for Breakfast, I can have Bacon, Eggs, Toast and Hashbrowns for dinner. Or Steak and Eggs for dinner as well

I used to think Japanese breakfast was dinner-esque, typically white rice, fish (usually salmon or mackerel) along with a bowl of miso soup. Sometimes pickles are also included as a side dish. But now that I'm used to it I would find eating these items for dinner odd.

I agree - breakfast for dinner is one of my favourites, and a regular occurrence at our house.

Pancakes, waffles, crepes, cereal - it's all fair game for any meal. Breakfast sandwiches (English muffin, egg, bacon) are one of my kids' favourite meals....for lunch.
