Battle for the Atlantic division has just begun between the Florida clubs. Both the Panthers and Lightning have 91 points in an equal number of games played. With only a handful of games left, this meeting between the two tonight could decide the division. Should be a fun playoff-like game tonight.

It is a big win because it puts them back in first place of the Atlantic Division ahead of the Lightning and five points up on the Bruins.
It looks more like an unfortunate collision that wasn't dirty just a bit of a tap that likely caught him by surprise. I doubt that there is any player in the league who would throw themselves headfirst into the boards or dive like that.

He wasn't tripped, pushed with one arm and went flying into the boards. Going to be tough to convince me that it wasn't embellishment gone wrong. Flyers were down late in the game, battling for a wild card spot. Seems like a pretty good time to embellish something to get a PP. it was a weird play, I just don't see how Giroux goes into the boards like that without helping it along.

Looks like a guy that was off balance a bit and when he got pushed, his weight was all on the wrong skate which then "picked" and he went down without resistance.
No way he did that on purpose.....far to dangerous to risk it.
