Loubardias thinks Brodie might have hurt his hand blocking a shot. Says he saw him on the bench with his glove up looking at his hand.

Step right on up, Kulak and Freddie Hamilton.

At least this opens the door for more emergency call-ups from Stockton, without having to burn their two remaining regular call-up slots. I wouldn't mind seeing either Poirier or Shinkaruk get the call up front and either Kulak or Kylington on the back end.

Rick Ball thought it was a cross check from Forsberg to the rib area that might have hurt him.

Yeap, I'd expect a couple emergency call ups before next game. No sense rolling out banged up bodies when the playoffs are out of reach and you have guys on the farm you want to get a look at.

Of course, on D maybe Engelland will be ready to go, or possibly even Wideman could be done his suspension.

I guess we will see.

I saw Brodie going back to the bench rubbing and holding his rib area.

Opportunities for sure, its always nice getting an injection of energy from our call ups (Hathaway, Nakladal). I'd like to get a look at Shinkaruk just for comparative sake. I can't fairly break down my thoughts on the Granlund trade without seeing Shinkaruk in Flames threads.

Wow, 'mid-body' is pretty specific. Beats anything you could get out of Sutter.. 'he has a body injury'

Even though Agostino and Hamilton are probably more deserving based on what they've done with the Flames AHL affilitate, I suspect we see Shinkaruk if a forward gets the call. It's a smarter move from a public relations standpoint. The casual fan would want to see him more than anyone else in Stockton.

Don't think they're making call ups based on public relations.

Wow, guy logs 25 mins a night against the best opponents the other team has and takes an option practice off. I seriously hope you were kidding.
