The window engineer for Wendy's better buckle up. He's definitely liable for not making the windows Alligator proof. Everyone knows when you design openings in the sides of buildings they should should only allow matter to to travel out of the opening, not into it. Plus if the Alligator bit him before he threw it, the window designer should also be responsible, as he designed a window, which clearly, accommodates airborne Alligators, and is now directly responsible for the throwers actions.

Thoughts and prayers to all involved.

I will come back and read this thread again when the title is changed to ongoing discussion of throwing alligators into fast food restaurants

Oh you guys. You don't even know how bad it is in Florida. That was one of the good kids. May I present to you how bad it can get down here?

Ladies and Gentlemen, I submit for your approval, the unsigned Miami area artist, Stitches...

I missed another good ol' fashioned gator toss? Damn, haven't been to one in years. Not popular on the west coast here.

For a song about payin' up, there is a distinct lack of wads of cash being waved around. Pinhead guy really nails it though, and those bags of flour almost had me convinced...

No, there's plenty on and off the menu there that they would have thoroughly enjoyed.

Maybe he was just a big Simpsons fan "But Marge, a gun is a tool. Like a butcher knife or a harpoon, or uhh... an alligator. "

R/Florida on Reddit of all kinds of these ridiculous stories from the Sunshine state. Honestly that place needs its own helmet.

Well was there a sign that said "no throwing alligators through this window" ?

If not, then this is Wendy's fault.

I agree.

There should also be a ban on alligators or at least have all alligators registered. If it saves just one drive thru employee from an alligator bite it would be worth it!
