I am really surprised that no video of this event has shown up anywhere.

I had a buddy that went, he said there were some very funny stories.

Was Rob Kerr taking pictures of the event? Warrener mentioned something on the radio this morning about Kerr taking pictures and sounded pretty pissed off about it.

Peter Maher is to nice of a human being to be a roaster but he did have a good segment. He revisited the play by play for game 7 of the 04 cup finals, except he had game 7 go into OT. Rhett retrieves the puck in and goes in on a breakaway, during the breakaway he stops announcing and says its time to hear a word from the sponsors ( insulating Rhett's slow skating) but had Rhett score the GWG to have the flames win the cup. He then threw out a couple Yea Baby's which was awesome!
They talked a lot about Rhett's party days, Had a few videos from people who couldn't make it including Darryl Sutter.
It was a lot of good stories and laughs, definitely a had to of been there moment.

Haha, man. Every time I see or hear Rhett Warrener's name. It gives me a chuckle. I still remember him tipping a $20 bill for a burger when I used to work as a cook for wildhorse saloon. He was annilated as **** that night. His gf probably fiance or wife by now took it back and replaced it with $5.

All of Regehr, Warrener, and Noodles took pot shots at Tanguay for being soft, avoiding hits, not willing to grind it out for wins, not being a partner. I don't think it was actual hate, but how they delivered the jokes in my opinion showed that deep inside they didn't respect him. When you make repeated jokes and jabs at a player who wasn't even in attendance to hear or have a chance to defend himself I get the impression some of the locker room didn't care for his playing style.
