I think most places (except here) trucks and big vehicles sell better when oil (gasoline) prices are low, so I bet they're getting less manufacturer support as well.

Yes, it was actually a niche when they first came out. They have such crazy head room I would sell them to 6'5 + people looking for a compact they could fit in.

I'm hearing Q4 2016 as a late 16 or early 17. They are gonna sell like bonkers. A poor mans All-Road. Pretty much all staff drive GTI, but I bet we are gonna see a ton of staff in the Alltrack. Don't count on the tow rating. They typically half the rating for NA. Not because the car is any different, but because NA towers tend to push the ratings to far. A good safe rule of thumb is don't exceed 70%, in NA though, people tend to push it to the limit or over.

Still not sure if I'm going to tune the Passat or not. It's hard to imagine walking into Concept1, giving them ~$600, and walking out 15 minutes later with an extra hundred horsepower. I'll be super distraught if something fatas up, which is the only thing stopping me.
Be a man. Get the tune.*

Is it true that you can sell the "new" tdis now? What is this going to do for the 2015s with 2016s coming and 2017s shortly?

Hm. Don't have a thanks button.. weird.

Can't wait for this one. May be the first decent alternative to subaru (soured on subaru because I got one of the famous 2011 tsunami year QC specials... no less than 10 visits to the dealership before year 1, turbo went at 17000).
