haha wow samwise! so happy for the kid, he'd been playing so well for so long, and he got so many goals taken away from him.

Awesome win! If they can get at least 6 or 7 points on this road trip, I think they can get themselves back in the mix.

It's so damn awesome having two franchise players right in front of our eyes. What a night for Bennett. Gaudreau was Gaudreau. Gonna be fun nights like these upcoming.

Easiest win for the Flames in quite a while? Hiller only had to deal with 15 shots. Good for him to get the shutout though.

Safeway should be worried. We've got snipers. Hartley should finally rid himself of the "overplays his veterans" label after unleashing Bennett.

Wideman to Bennett after the last goal: "Don't skate by the bench".

Awesome. Win with class.

Derek Wills was saying yesterday that the goal against San Jose got the gorilla off Bennett's back. Holy Hanna! That must have been some gorilla.

Nice to see that Hiller can still TCB.

I think that was as close to a perfect hockey game as you're ever likely to see. Again, very poor effort by the Panthers, even if it can be excused somewhat. But man were we on it tonight. Everyone zoned it, connecting with each other, skating hard. Excellent effort, even the whipping boys did well. Perfect way to head into the big game against the tire fire.
