It's too bad that this game is now meaningless in terms of standings and match-ups. However, the Canadians have an excellent chance to make a statement with a comeback here and create a bit of solidarity internally and across the country.

I did say after the Switzerland game that the Swedes would rip this team to shreds if they didnt improve. If anything they're playing worse.

Finnish defense is super vulnerable even when healthy and they only had four healthy defensemen tonight. Also the goalies can't make a single big save - every prime scoring opportunity is in the net. I'd say it's 50-50 based on current form.

I have a feeling that he's going to be a first round bust, he's just not a good instinctive player. He has some nice physicality and a good shot and a mean streak, but that might not be enough.
