I've tried that!
I'm a little jittery and I tend to spill. One Christmas eve I was chanting at the Celestial Altar and His Magnificence thought the wine on my frock was blood. Talk about awkward.
Also, teeth stains!

I will be drinking my Pan Pacific creation of Crown Royal and Bundaberg Ginger Beer. Yummy!
Also, might need to pick up a few of these if I end up getting too drunk to mix my own.

Trust me, you don't want to pick those up, I found them to be terrible, just like the pre-mixed Jack Daniels and Coke.
They're way too sweet, and they produce massive hangovers.

But convenience! I know what you are saying though, I've had a pretty bad experience with the Jim Beam and coke. I found the CC and Dry to be decent though so was hoping Crown and Dry would be better.

Sort of OT, but nothing was worse than those bacon Caesars that came out a while ago and were quickly discontinued. I still have an unopened one that I am hoping to unleash on someone one day.

I often wonder in the darkness of the night, when the moon is full, and the fireflies dance across the sky. When the universe opens itself up to the possibilities.
I wonder, the little voice in my head mutters, how anyone can screw something up that has bacon in it?

I echo what CC said. Rye and cokes and rum and cokes are too personal to buy the premixed. They're pretty awful.
Plus, too drunk to mix your own? Impossible. They just tend to get stronger and stronger.

I clearly have bad taste in drinks but my Aunt gave me a bacon vodka Caesar when I was visiting last year and I enjoyed it.
I consider it to be more of a "Breakfast Caesar" though, not an all occasion thing.

A few rough things have happened in the last little bit so instead of being all fancy, I've hit the wine lately. Going for quantity over quality and buying it by the box.
I call it cardboardeaux.

I went through a bit of a wine phase. Tried everything from $100 bottles from Italy to the cheapest backwoods wine I could find. My favourite out of all them was a $9 bottle from the Republic of Georgia.
I personally found no correlation between country of origin and price with what is good. Not that I know what the experts are necessarily looking for.

I'm not much of a mixed drink guy anymore, but back in the day, my holiday specialty was something I called a golden mule. Like a moscow mule, but with goldschlagger, as well. The ginger and cinnamon was quite festive.
