8-1 in OT for the Flames! Unreal!
Also now the hottest team in the NHL with six straight wins!

If Flames are going to make the playoffs, they need to start winning in regulation on a more consistent basis, rather than having to rely on "fake" hockey. Need to be able to beat teams ahead of them without giving them a freebie point.

Good win by the team. Ramo held them in there and after the first period they played a pretty good road game. They need to put together some road wins so this was pretty important if this team truly has playoff aspirations.
The powerplay is still a major issue though. I can't remember a powerplay that was this hopeless for so long. Even on that two man advantage they got as much pressure as a lot of teams get 5 on 4. The coaches really need to do something different wether it be using different players or something because it's just not working at all.

I'm going to petition the NHL move to 3on3 permanently and Gaudreau signs a lifetime 20 million dollar contract.

Credit where credit is due.
Ramo gave them the chance to win this game with solid play. You could say he stole the game based on the 1st period.

First period was terrible. PP was horrid.
Ramo was very good. Johnny is great.
Not the most impressive win, but we'll take it.

You know you're spoiled when you expected that to happen once it went to OT.

Nashville was doing everything they could to try and get the game to a shootout.
