There was a time when Gaudreau and Frolik were the only guys skating on this team. He will be missed. Hope for a quick recovery...and no Kassian!

Man I am sad about Frolik. Did a lot of things right on the ice, especially when the team was floundering.

Hoping the diagnosis isn't too bad.

Move Granlund to RW and call up Arnold, Agostino or Grant?

Other than my hockey pool taing a hit if he is ot long term. It really sucks, Frolik has been the most consistent player all year. No real highs, no real lows. In all the GT's I've never seen anyone complain about Frolik.

The Flames' league worst penalty kill is about to get a whole lot worse. Get better soon Frolik.

Word is Michael Frolik will be heading home to CGY soon..opens up a spot on the forward lines. His total game will be missed. #Flames

I complain that Frolik doesn't get enough ice time.

Blarg...Frolik has been one of the few good news stories all year. What a bummer.

crappy to hear. didnt like losing him, and the Jets are really suffering his loss and Stempniaks loss.

Chevy is the worst GM in the NHL.

Sucks for Frolik. Hopefully he gets better soon. He's been a great UFA signing and was really coming into his own recently.

Or Ferly could help him off the floor.

The idea that Calgary could be a good place for players coming out of the substance abuse program because Ferland is on the team is out of this world insane. Not fair to Ferland either.

Just got notification from The Score that Frolik avoids surgery, but will be out for a few weeks.

Roger Millions and Sportsnet confirms the same: http://www.sportsnet.ca/hockey/nhl/f...t-a-few-weeks/

A few weeks is a relief - now Jooris gets a run in that spot for the interim.
These injuries keep Raymond around - just as someone else nears fitness to push him from the lineup (Bouma) another guy goes down.

Eh, wouldn't move Raymond right now. He's been pretty solid. In fact, I really don't know who you could move in place of Bouma. Maybe Jooris?

Its pretty tough - Jooris was solid on the PK last game. Raymond's been contributing. Ferland is getting better.

Bollig?

Bollig?

The thing is, he's not in any of the lineups. Hartley will have some tough decisions soon

Oh, I thought you were talking roster, not lineup. If you took someone out of last night's lineup it would arguably be Jones, who hasn't played as well as he did before getting the puck in the foot. But otherwise, it's Jooris.
