There's no ban. The book is published. If private retailers choose not to carry it that's up to them. He has a right to write something and release it publicly. That doesn't mean anyone has to buy it or read it.

While having Mein Kampf is touchy for sure, it does have a historical context. Where the profits go for something that would be a factor as well.

EDIT: Profits from Mein Kampf all go to charity:

I think the Calgary Sun got lambasted for running a story featuring the book.

The Sun has now disabled all comments on on-line articles, ending an endless source of stupid entertainment.

I agree, but the book isnt banned. But they dont have to sell it if they dont want to.
