According to Kent Hehr, it will not be a NEP type program and there will be no cap and trade. A Carbon tax will likely be on the agenda, but is not a guarantee.

I dare say you're probably right but I don't regret my vote one bit.

Cons were leaning further and further right with their social policy and it went too far. They'll probably be more socially progressive during the next cycle (or at least more moderate) at which point I'll consider voting for them again. I am also nervous about the Libs economic policy as I mentioned.
