3. That logo is executed in a sub-par manner. You will need to create it in vector (eps/ai) format for it to be usable.
This. You said what I wanted to say. Just a suggestion, offer up some prize money and see what CPers can come up with!

Please don't spend a bunch of money printing t-shirts expecting a line up of people to buy them. The landfills are full of such product that didn't quite make it. I suggest if you are going to pursue this that you get maybe 2 dozen digital transfers made up and heat press them on the shirt colours and sizes as you need them. That way if it falls on it's face you aren't out a lot of money but you can still fill orders if you get them. A lot of people have this type of equipment and you would qualify to be a wholesale customer as you would be re-selling. There will be a huge range of pricing for this type of work. Avoid the promotional products companies. They are middlemen and you don't need them. Good luck.

Or use one of the many services online where people draw you logos based on a name & theme for very little money. You then pick from the best options and only pay for that one.

I am confused why you want to name a logo.

And why someone would want to spend money on something with said logo.

It seems like we're piling on but you should really consider what you're doing before you invest time and money on this project.

Table 5 already stated what needed to be said about the logo. It needs to be cleaned up, revised and made useable for print and manufacturing purposes. It doesn't look like a dog or even the initials D M.

You need to ask yourself a few questions before jumping into the deep end with production of clothing.

What's unique about your brand? Why do you have a clothing brand? You're not going to be able to beat out the big guys in the sporting world so you'll need to have a story behind the brand that resonates with people. You're not even going to beat out the little guys with what you're working with now.

You're skipping a bunch of steps and putting the cart before the horse. It's fun and easy to rush into things like this but time and money gets wasted when you don't ask "why".

Is the idea that the logo is so good that people will buy merchandise that has it?

Is that the entire logo? It looks like the bottom part was cropped.

Charles. It's a strong powerful name for a logo.

Really though...what do you mean by naming a logo? Most companies have a name first, then create a logo. I know no company that have named their logo besides something like "current version".

the logo should be named "Dammit"

" Let me show you my logo Dammit"

Or maybe "sex"

"I want Sex more centred on this T-shirt and it has to be larger"

"Hello? I want to order an additional twelve dozen Sex shirts..."

Fully expect that raster graphic be opened in Illustrator and saved as an .ai file by the original designer.

What Table and others have said. Have a brand and a name and know what/who/how big your market will be.

As to the name...initials are DM and its supposed to be a dog? Leads me to 'DaMdog'
