Don't read any of this as sympathy for her, she's a monster and we all know it. This is about a poor standard of reporting by the Sun.

This is also about the fact that no matter how heinous the person, she or he is still entitled to due process.

She got her due process. That's why she's out of jail after a mere 12 years due to some seriously messed up plea bargaining.

It's being reported the employer has a criminal past and originally tried to sell photos of her to the media.
Sure enough, this guy has no credibility. Can't believe this warranted an 11-page section in the Sun.

This whole thing isn't as much about Homolka as the reporting, but since we're on that subject. Your right she did receive due process, she served her sentence, and has been released into the community. Are you saying and the other ones that talk about killing her, or not caring about her rights, that the fact that she served her sentence is irrelevant and she's not allowed to try and re-enter society? And are we and the press always going to take the words of a probable glory hound trying to make his buck on her reputation as the truth?

Interesting

There appears to be digital tapes of the encounters.

After the last "we have tapes" situation between the Liberal's and Conservatives, color me sceptical

Although not one to say that I would go out and kill her I would not have a problem if after serving her BS sentence that she was not allowed back into society. After what she did I am not concerned at all that she gets any due process or that her rights are taken into consideration. She can have her rights violated as often as possible I wouldn't care in the least.

Good call. It adds more substance to the claim though.
