I wasn't a huge fan of Justin to start but honestly the last few legs when they stopped fighting with each other (most fights due to him being ultra competitive superfan) they've been fun to watch. They are a fantastic team. As are the reporters who always finish third. They are clearly the two best teams in the race and it's been clear since the race started. But they are at the stage where the remaining racers while weaker aren't really weak so a mistake can cost you. Shaping up to be a fun finish. I suspect next leg is non-elim and one of those top two teams are going to have a speed bump the subsequent leg based on the preview.
Overall it's been a very good race because it seems all the teams have been giving it their all every step of the way. Not always the case.

Why all the Justin/Diana hate? Is there another team running the race right now who is as happy, sincere, and just all around as positive as they are about the race? Sure Justin is a strong personality, but they have a right to be confident. They're the best team on the show as far as working together as a team and believing in themselves. A close second would be Kelsey/Joey.

For me, it's a couple things:
I find it boring when one team dominates. I would rather mix up the wins a bit.
But, mainly, the reason I hate Justin (Diana I don't mind) is that he's always bragging about how he is so much better, knows how to do things better, etc. Yes, they are doing great. I prefer to cheer for people who are a little more humble though.

Krista couldn't dive and find the fish and drove me crazy. She didn't dive straight down, she just swam 2 feet underwater. If that was my teammate I would have punched her. Dive and open your eyes you twat.
And then they say "we can just marry rich" way to empower young girls watching.
Exciting episode. Green team got the big break they needed. Have to be lucky to win sometimes.

Cheerleaders drove me nuts because I wanted them to come along and check in while Justin had 2 minutes left in his penalty. That would have made the season so much more enjoyable for me!! LOL, well, not really, because the cheerleaders and paparazzi are also unlikeable teams for me, just not as bad as Justin.
Smug and obnoxious when he's winning, crying and treating everyone (cab drivers and his fiancee) like a jerk when he's losing.
I'm ready to forget this season and hope the next one is better.

Yeah, I haven't been too impressed by the show for a few seasons now. Call me sadistic, but I always thought it was at its best when challenges had people weeping and passing out, and you weren't sure if they were going to pull through or end up committed.
Some legs now are just so goddamn weak. Cut out a few pieces of fabric? They should have had them actually sew a 3 piece suit after doing the measurements off a live model, and then do their own alterations, too. Find a golden fish underwater? Should have been thousands of non-golden ones in there too, and make them find 3 of them. Take a cab everywhere? Should have given them a car and made them drive themselves a hundred miles all over Hong Kong.
Now that would be entertaining. There are just way too many instances of "leg on rails" as my brother and I call them, those legs where as long no teams make any mind-blowingly terrible mistakes the teams finish in the same order they started. You end up just waiting to see if anyone forgot to switch on their brain that day, which just isn't terribly compelling if you ask me.

The next race is all teams where one or both of the participants are "internet famous" (YouTube and Instagrammers with a lot of followers). I'm worried it will be the most annoying season of the Amazing Race since the family edition way back when.
I have a feeling that this week's ending was another example of Amazing Race editing, and it wasn't nearly as close as they made it appear. From what was said in the episode, it took about 20 minutes to reset the water show after each performance, and each performance took about 20 minutes. If that's true, Krista's extra two attempts meant that the Cheerleaders left the water show a minimum of 60 minutes after the Green Team.
The Greens didn't seem to have any cab troubles getting to the Pit Stop, so even if the Cheerleaders hadn't had their own cab troubles, they were unlikely to be able to cancel out the Green team's 55 minute penalty.
For people who dislike Justin, you should be hoping that they win next week. If they don't, you know they'll be invited back for a future "All Star/Unfinished Business" race.
It really feels like the Reporters are getting the "Winners' edit". So, I'm expecting them to win it, but you never know.

I have that worry too. I'm hoping that I will be shocked by how enjoyable it is. Sad that my former favourite show being enjoyable is now shocking.

I'm hoping the reporters win, but if the greens win, that will be my consolation - no unfinished business for them!

I've been sleeping on this entire season, but that last leg was very dramatic, at least on TV. Who knows, the cheerleaders might have checked in long after green's penalty expired. It would have been fun to see Justin cry and go out that way.
Justin is an annoying twat. If the greens win - it's good in the sense that they're only team in this final that have caught my attention this season at least, and they've dominated the entire time which would make them very worthy. If they lose, well then I can laugh at his loss.
Next season doesn't sound too great. The show took a step back with the dating twist last season, seemed to have an okay season this time, and now it might be another step back again with possibly the most annoying people ever.

Huh I think this season has been terrific. A lot of teams who simply gut it out and complete the tasks. I don't think the tasks have been easy but the perseverance of these teams is large. Beyond the paparazzi team and a few moments with Justin there has been very little intrateam drama which personally was always annoying to me.

Yup, for a guy who's supposed to be the Amazing Race genius, letting their cab go was a pretty stupid move by Justin. They would have won if not for that.
You know they'll be back for an Unfinished Business race.
The Reporters were a good team. Nice to see them win it.
I hope the "internet famous" teams aren't too annoying.

Yay!!! So glad Kelsey and Joey won. Even happier that Justin lost. It's nice to see someone who spends the whole race bragging about what a race expert he is, lose by doing something so stupid with the cab. Arguing with the driver over $100 ultimately cost you $1 million, Justin.
Please let me be pleasantly surprised by the internet team season!!

I'm so happy that Justin lost and even happier that he lost by doing something so stupid!!
Other than the final leg, this was a very boring season IMO. Hopefully next season is better!

Happy that Kelsey and Joey won, even happier that Justin lost and hopefully he never comes back on the race again so I don't have to see him bitch and whine and cry if things don't go his way. Good riddance.

I wish the last leg would give them cars. Then it is on them for getting lost. I hate it in the finale when it is decided by no cabs being easily available, or the driver getting lost, or some other stupid cab-ralated issue. The last leg should be on issues teams can control.
And ya, the challenges have gotten soft. Amazing Race Canada has waaaay harder challenges.

The problem with letting them drive themselves on the final leg is the risk of someone doing something stupid on the road to do whatever it takes to get ahead.
What could work would be to provide each team with their own driver, but the teams have to give the driver all the directions.

^Well, I meant in general. They do have some forced sponsorship crap that they have to do, which I just accept is going to be the price of doing this in Canada with a smaller audience. I'm OK with the blatant adverting, and them editing out Air Canada screwing up constantly(which they must be doing, because no way someone could fly problem free with AC that many times!)
