#Flames have announced their roster for the Young Stars Classic in Penticton. 31 plays: 3 goalies, 11 d-men, and 17 forwards.
EDIT: Here:
Gillies and McDonald should be the best goaltending in the tournament.
Stoked for Andersson and Kylington. And those FW's. Boy this organization is looking really deep.

I agree...but then I always think that our roster (when announced) will probably look like that to the other fans.
You always know (and love) your own prospect base best. We all think Carroll and Big-Rig Smith and Morrison and Hickey are amazing...but other fans are also in love with their 4th-7th rounders.
Of course, I'm pretty sure our prospects are better!

That lineup looks awesome. So much talent at every position, wow. Is it wrong to want to see either Hunter Smith or Kanzig destroy McDavid or Drysaddle?

Man I hate the Oilers...just seeing Nurse, Draisaitl, and McDavid on there ticks me off. It pays to suck...But regardless, the Flames roster is looking realllly good down the pipe. Will make for some fun and competitive hockey.
On a side note: I'm happy to see Connor Rankin is on the Oilers list. He was a good player for the Hitmen...injury prone though, but good kid.

I have this feeling Karnhaukov is going to be a steal. Mangiapane and Poirier should be on a line together, two break neck speedsters together would be fun to watch.
