Did you see that pic of him accepting the award in New Jersey? It almost looks like he's wearing a kevlar vest under his shirt.

Just about everyone on this team could be more physical.

Raymond- either learn how to not turn the puck over every time you get it, or improve at demanding a trade.

I really hope that Monahan can find some agro in his game. I hope that he will start face washing, and punching people in the nose. Getzlaf totally dominated him in that series, and i just kept thinking to myself that if Monahan would just punch him in the nose once that he would have created some space for himself. Even if you don't like punching at least get in his face during the scrums and give him a little glove burn for him to ponder.

Brodie needs to develop a harder shot. The accuracy is fine.

I'm not too familiar with Hamiltons game, anyone know his weaknesses? I've heard butthurt Bruins fans comparing him to Wideman (which is more of a compliment than I'm sure they realize). Personally I'm interestedly to see how he does without a monster of a partner beside him.

I'm not an expert by any means, but when I watch Hamilton I see a very smooth skater for a big man with great offensive instincts. He has a strong first pass and thinks the game at a high level.

He may be a little soft on the defensive side of things as he usually uses his positioning and smarts to defend more than his physical advantages. Then again, he could become more physical. He is only 22 after all.

I think he will fit in great on the Flames blue line because they are so mobile and Hartley loves to utilize that. I'm sure someone could give you a more detailed analysis than this though.

He has occasional brainfarts in the d-zone (he's 22 though, who doesn't) and can be weak on the puck sometimes, but overall an outstanding package to work with. With Hartley coaching and van Asten looking over his strength & conditioning, I'm sure Dougie will enjoy new career highs next year.
