The Columbus Blue Jackets are pleased to announce the return of both Rick Nash and Ryan Suter to the organization for at least the next 3 years.
Quick question about AHL team... I've gathered that the AHL games aren't simulated (i think) but do I need to ice an actual team there? For example, do I need to have 4 full lines of wingers and C and 3 D pairs? Or does it not really matter?

^ No need for 4 full lines.
You could, hypothetically, have 11 LWs, 2 RWs and a C.
Just have the minimum of 12 forwards, 6 D and 2 goalies. (Max 24 players), and you're good to go.

I misunderstood the question. In the sim file the roster doesn't matter for the Ahl but for your overall roster in terms of signed players you need
Teams must will carry at least 12 forwards, 6 defensemen, and 2 goaltenders during their season

I know we have a deadline but if you know what you are going to do - just submit it now. That way I can get this stuff processed and we can hit the ground running with the UFA batches on Sunday. Again, there is a deadline so if there is a reason to wait - do so - but if you aren't waiting for any reason - do us a favor and get your offers in.
