He can be as perverted as he wants as long as it's mutual and the partner is of age. My guess is he's not really that crazy though because with his diet and lifestyle it will kill a libido pretty quick, it's pretty easy to tell he just pushes the boundaries because he knows it gets attention.

It really isn't, as long as the partner is into it too. A lot of guys are perverted in the rough stuff kind of way and a large portion of women simply aren't into it. Many guys just assume all girls like it. If you have a perversion just ask the girl, or guy, if it's ok beforehand. Like Jian Ghomeshi demonstrated it's the aggressive uninvited perversion that's not ok.
