I saw that too and I don't think he took a slash. I think he just was nowhere near 100% and it hurt to shoot.

i have some insider scoop that monahan went into the playoffs with an injury, my source indicated hip/groin injury but not sure if he remembered this detail correctly (elderly person). I didn't share it here for obvious reasons.

I called it, first thing I got right in a while but he was favoring his right leg frequently after the play stopped.
