All I know is I switched from my new Monahan jersey (had worn it every game since they won when I wore it against LA) to my 04 jersey once we were down 3-0.

That seemed to work.

wear my Hitmen cap on non-game days, my 1989 vintage Flames sweater on game days, and I have to shave on game days.

his superstitions are indistinguishable from his daily habits - drinking a bottle of Old Crow and belching the alphabet, defacing something with the opposition's logo on it and screaming obscenities at opposing players.

Another vote for the 2004 style jersey, my Iginla-Reebok appears to be bad luck.

TV volume on level 16...4-1 so far. Totally forgot for the first part of game 6 so those three Canucks goals may have been my fault

I can't wear my jersey while watching the game. If I happen to get tickets this round, will have to wear a regular red shirt instead of the jersey to the game.

Did not watch a game in the same location after a loss.

Game 2 - James Sports Pub in Cancun (Loss)
Game 3 - Hooters in Cancun (WIN)
Game 5 - Home (Loss)
Game 6 - Real Sports bar & Grill (WIN)

Not many for me personally but my buddy has a cursed jersey from 2004. He bought it right after the Flames went up 3-2 on Tampa Bay. His friend was wearing it while they watched game 5. Another friend was wearing it during game 6 and they finally made him take it off when the Canucks went up 3-0.

Forgot to mention -- Derek Wills' five dollar bill that he found on the ground prior to the LA game (which he forgot to bring with him for Game 5 but had for Game 6).

Can't wear my Jersey to work. That's the only constant other than I will drink only local beers at home. Wildrose IPA is the most successful so far.

In '04 the Flames never lost when I was drinking Sleemans Clear.

My Flames touque is not a regular season touque. They seemed to have lost every time I wore it. Turns out it's a playoff touque. Put her on after they fell 3-0 in game 6 and lo and behold! A Win!

Also, this playoff beard is getting really itchy.

My GF and I took advantage of the retro jersey sale a while back -- she got #13 and I got #23. They arrived the day of the clincher against LA. When we wear them and either go to the game or watch at home, they are 5-0. When we watch anywhere else or don't wear them, they're 0-3.

So I can tell you where we'll be watching round 2.

With that said, I do superstitions for the fun of it ... especially since I usually watch the game on PVR delay. :P

Not sure if superstitious, but when we were down 3-0 last game, I had to put my son down for bed. I realized that I hadn't put the flames onesie I bought my son.

So gave him a bath, threw on the Flames onesie, put him to bed, came back to the game and we were tied at that point.

This is now going to be my ritual for every game moving forward...=)

The bolded portions of your post proves superstitions are silly.

Ramo + Red Pants + Red Cowbell = Win

Couldn't wear red pants for Game's 2&5 , gotta get some more pants from H&M.

I think reg season it was 7-2-1 with that combo.
