Widely used, not accepted.

It's used by the younger generation that calls hockey hair "salad" or "flow".

Flow is an old term. My dad, who is turning 59 this year, tells me 'flow' was used commonly in the mid to late 80's.

I'm of the younger generation and I've never heard of hair being called salad.

Same here, or at least I thought I was... Maybe this is a sign that we're no longer part of the younger generation...

Celly is used by everyone who plays/played recently... More mocking than for real.
I really enjoy seeing stuff like that from Subban.
I don't really want to see it from the Flames.

It seems to be the new thing.
I saw it recently here actually after this photo was posted:

This is an example of a ruined thread. The point was that gadreau copied hudler as if he was watching his older brother or something then laughing with his buddy about it,it was kind of neat. Stupid arguments are stupid.

It was funny in practise because he was jokingly mocking him but in game it would be cheesy as hell. Joking around its funny. Doing it seriously is pretty lame. I agree with not being a fan of the over the top theatrics. Fist pumps, jumping on the glass, are cool. Sheath after every goal or the teemu sniper move after every goal would just look dumb. I think our guys have respect around the league right now and I'd prefer it stay that way and we keep it more professional and less circus.

Honestly, that's the first time I've ever used salad in reference to hair. I've seen people here use it to describe Burke.
I'm usually a proponent of 'flow' myself.
