Should be able to anyways. I use to have to use a dns service and use USA as my location to acess games. Last year and this year I haven't need to. You should be fine. It actually says on the site that they will be including playoffs . It was one of the changes Rogers was making.
Since both teams will be using Canadian broadcasts for round one you should not be blacked out in the States.
