Possible Playoff Match Ups

Only game left that maters is Ana. If they win they get Winnipeg. If they don't they get the Wild.

We know the playoff match ups for the 1st round but as the title says, it's about possible playoff match ups. There are 64 possibilities for the SC Finals, but we know there are only 8 possibilities. The Flames vs any of the 8 eastern teams. I know some mentioned in the wild card race thread about a rubber match of Flames-Habs final. Forget about that, my 1st choice is that it's a grudge match with the Lightning. That was a goal in game 6. My 2nd choice would be for a Flames-Rangers final, the could've been final back in 86, but the Habs beat the Rangers. I'll take the Habs for my 3rd choice. Whacked out pick, Minnesota vs. NY Islanders.

I think the STF is a little to far to be looking ahead that this point.

There are only 16 possible second round match ups, because of the divisional bracket format.

ex. Rnd 2.

Calgary or Vancouver will face Winnipeg or Anaheim. (4 possible combination x 4 divisions).
