Here it is; the biggest game in the last half-decade for this team. Win and we're in. Lose, and I'm terrified of having to play the Jets in their home in a freakin' afternoon game. Can't count on the Sharks or Avs to help us. The Flames have to do it themselves, like they have all season long.
Whether we're in or not, there is so much to be proud of from this team this year. But every season has a Cinderella team and this year, it's our year. The next step to cap this Cinderella season is to win tonight on home ice, fan appreciation night, and get this win.
Also safe to say that every team in the playoffs right now is rooting for us. Even if the Kings somehow manage to sneak in, they will automatically be the overall favourites to win it all. F that.
GO FLAMES GO!!

Well... seven times last year teams' had a chance to eliminate the Kings from the playoffs (Sharks x3, Ducks x2, Hawks 1). Be quite the feather in the cap to eliminate this team.
Does anyone know Hiller's record against the Kings this year? Ramo comparable as well?

Didn't the Sharks have 4 chances?

Fortunately, last years Kings are not the same as this years Kings.
Similarly, last years Flames are not the same as this years Flames.
