FYP. The loser point/SOW doesn't help, but it's a system that's been in place for 10 seasons. Fact is, we've never seen a year like this yet and I'm hesitant to think next year will be the same with the McEichel draft over and done with. Pro-rate Toronto's post-Carlyle pace and put it next to those other turd's records and you've got 4 teams that would finish 30th most years. The points they so desperately don't want are clearly inflating the playoff teams totals as they feast on these free points with impressive consistency. Next year, 92-96 points will once again be enough to make the playoffs in both conferences IMO.

Yep, that's another weird stat along with all 3 OOT games having a goose egg involved. Checking the game summaries, Holtby stopped all 88 Boston shots this season while Rask was in net for all 3 losses as he faced 92 shots.

It's a 3 way tie for the Art Ross, Tavares also has 83 points. Yep, Benn isn't in the same light as Crosby and Tavares.

Kind of surprised that the Ducks came out flat against the Stars. They blew a chance to clinch 1st place in the western conf and only had 19 shots. The Bruins are making their quest for the playoffs difficult and good to see the Leafs get blown out of the rink again.
